Pete Wyatt Recruitment
PWR welcomes enquiries from high calibre, motivated candidates who are actively seeking new, exciting, career opportunities or simply want additional ad-hoc project work to add to their existing work commitments.
We offer a comprehensive candidate selection process, which ensures that we match the skills, personalities and requirements of our candidates with the extensive information that we have about each client and its job vacancies.
We respond to all potential candidates either by emailing them or conducting a telephone interview in the first instance. We only interview candidates who we feel will be suitable for the clients that we have and the job vacancies available. This saves both parties from wasted time and effort.
Each interview is confidential and is designed to evaluate a candidate's suitability for a position or assignment.
The interview is carefully structured to cover the following assessments:
- Work history and experience
- Communication skills
- Potential for personal and vocational development
- Career aspirations
- Personal requirements in terms of position, location and salary
- Values and motivators
- Skills levels, including proficiency with computer software packages
In addition, psychometric and aptitude assessments can provide a quick, effective and reliable method of gaining information about a candidate's capabilities and personal qualities.
Prior to a job interview, PWR provides a comprehensive briefing about the position, the company and its culture. We also offer interview guidane to enable each candidate to present themselves professionally and with integrity.
If you look good in front of our clients then so do we; for this reason we are serious in our commitment to accurately match our candidate's requirements with those of our clients.
Our core areas of expertise are the permanent and temporary recruitment of senior/junior support personnel through to management for key head office functions:
- Customer Service
